Poster photoshoot

This is the contact sheet which contains all the photographs that i have taken during the photo shoot for the album poster. As shown i have used a white backdrop this time in able to create a great contrast

The two following photographs above were the most successful in able to create an album poster. This is because this selection contains one horizontal and on portrait. Which means i am going to have the chance to experiment with both and analyse the strength and weaknesses of both

Album cover photoshoot

On the following photograph we can see the photographs I have taken for the album cover. I set up Black backdrop and a black outfit in able to blend the colour of the background and the clothes together to create a professional looking album cover. 

The following photograph above was the most successful in terms of composition, colour, sharpness, therefore I have decided that i am going to use this for the album cover, due to the possible signifiers it contains.

The contact sheet above shows the photographs I have taken for the insert for my digipak. I decided to take photos of my necklace because, gold chains are important in rapper's image to show of their status and how rich their are.

Out of the photos I have taken this has been the most successful, in terms of exposure, contrast, sharpness and composition. I have used my sofa to create a professional looking background.
